Time: 11.00am - 12.00pm
Duration: 45 mins
Date: Every Monday

If you are looking for a mobiles sales solution or "van sales" system, Mobile Order and Delivery with Proof of Delivery will be relevant for you. It is suitable for businesses with all levels of Sage and can be used by anyone from the "man with a van" to businesses with mobile staff numbering 20-100.

We will provide a live demonstration focusing on key features of the system and how mobile staff can utilise the system at customer sites, trade shows and exhibitions.

Using mobile devices or Windows tablet PC's, via touch screen input or barcode scanning you can directly communicate with the core Sage system whilst away on site, with all transactions remotely syncronized back to Sage. Mobile workers are able to:

Access detailed information about stock items and availability, as well as pricing structures and promotions.
Generate and process sales orders.
Proof of delivery signatures can be captured.
Cash payments processed and details recorded.
Client reporting.
Routing, call list follow ups and merchandising options available.

Information such as quotations, orders, van sales or returns and credits are transmitted automatically and can be visible within the Sage database within seconds of the order being placed via the mobile solution.
