Processing in excess of 3000 Sales Orders and Works Orders on a daily basis is no mean feat!  When this is compounded by the fact that each job is tracked through up to 20 discrete operations, transactional processing becomes critical.  Real-time information is required to update clients as to the delivery date of orders, and stock management is a vital component.

Datalinx, combined with Business Connexion in South Africa have developed a unique solution which ensures that every job is operationally tracked and visible at each stage of the process.  More than 20 barcode terminals are used in ensuring that clients are kept appraised as the job moves through the cycle, which includes the ultimate Sales Despatch.

Without this unique solution the entire Business Process would have become unmanageable!
