DL Scan provides Sage 500 users with the ability to introduce barcode enablement of Sage transactions into their business at a lower cost than the more functionally rich alternative inventory and warehouse management systems available from Datalinx.
Integrated into Sage 500 and run via a barcode enabled handheld computer, DL scan is most often used within a stores environment, wireless connected with the main server and Sage system. This ensures that other users of Sage within the business see the same information as the DL Scan user.
The modular architecture of DL scan provides the user with a number of basic functions for the handling of stock within their business. With a set of additional transactional tools the system can also be configured and tailored to streamline stock movement transactions into Sage to reflect the users preferred functionality.
DL scan can be tailored on a requirement by requirement basis to meet your unique business process requirements, enabling you to invest in automating your processes over an extended timescale.
If your business has a very simple process of handling stock, has a requirement that is very specialized in its nature or is looking to deploy barcoding in just one or two areas then DL scan should be considered.
