The Datalinx Accreditation Program
Our Business Partners belong to our accreditation program, of which there are three levels: Referral: The Business Partner makes an introduction for Datalinx to contact and sell direct to the end user.
Accredited: The Business Partner sells direct to the end user, but with Datalinx providing pre sales and demonstration support to the Business Partner. If the Business Partner gains an order, then they will purchase from Datalinx and supply to the End User the Datalinx Software and if required, other Products and Services.
Accredited Plus: The Business Partner sells direct to the end user, and does not promote Datalinx competitive products. They have sales or technical staff capable of independently demonstrating and supporting the Datalinx system to prospective and existing end-user customers. They will have attended the Datalinx Sales Accreditation Program and refresher courses. Datalinx staff will only be used to support the Business Partner staff on specific technical or operational queries. If the Business Partner gains an order, then they will purchase from Datalinx and supply to the End User the Datalinx Software and if required, other Products and Services.

Customer Preference
We are guided by our customers, and if an end-user customer contacts us directly (and they frequently do), we ask them who their preferred Sage Business Partner is and, if appropriate, work with them in implementing the required solution.
If your current Sage Business Partner is not listed here, this is not a problem - simply call us to discuss your initial requirements.
