WHM X3 License Plate webinar

WHY ATTEND THIS WEBINAR?
The Datalinx Warehouse Manager X3 functionality allows your business to use Sage X3 license plates to reduce product pick time by reducing the number of scans required to just a single scan per pick.

This session will show you how simply and easily this can be set up and how quickly your team can benefit from this.

ABOUT LICENSE PLATE LABELLING
License plates encapsulate the unique characteristics of a batch of stock to a single bar code (or Tracker ID) allowing you to reduce product pick time, as only one scan per pick is now needed

Typically license plate labels are used for put-away, moving stock and for picking full pallet quantities. Without license plates you could be scanning multiple barcodes, such as the stock code, location, lot number or serial number, before you are able to complete the transaction. By using a license plate you only have 1 tracker ID to scan, reducing the time and scanning that needs to be done.

Datalinx Warehouse Manager X3 also has the ability assist when pallet numbers are used in a warehouse that picks non tracked products in less than pallet quantities. This is addressed by dropping Tracking IDs as product moves in to the pick faces. This flexibility is not something that all WMS systems can deliver.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO SEE?
During the 30 minute session we will discuss which types of businesses typically use Tracker IDs and how the benefits of using them on a license plate.

We will run through the process of how a tracker ID is used with Warehouse Manager and compare this to what you would experience if they are not used.

We will then review where the Tracker ID is held within Sage X3 and the fields it is linked to.
