Setting the Sage 200 SQL Server Database Compatibility Level
Warehouse Manager 200 requires the Sage200 SQL Server Database Compatibility Level to be set to SQL Server 2005 or above.
It is recommended this matches the installed version of SQL Server.
Please note: If this is not set it will cause Sage 200 to error.
To view or change the compatibility level of a database
After connecting to the appropriate instance of the SQL Server Database engine, in Object Explorer, click the server name.
Expand "Databases" and depending on the database, select "a user database" or "expand system databases" and click on the relevant system database.
Right-click the database, and then click "Properties".
In the Database Properties dialog box click on "Select a page" and "Options."
From the current "Compatibility Level" drop down menu, select a different option from the list. The choices are:
• SQL Server 2005 (00)
• SQL Server 2008 (100)
• SQL Server 2012 (110)
• SQL Server 2014 (120)
Please ensure this is checked before installing WHM200.
