We provide support for hardware purchased directly from Datalinx and registered for a support contact within 30 days of purchase.
If your clients device is not in warranty or you do not have a contract please phone us and we can arrange a quote for repair or to assist you with replacement kit

The range of devices supported by Warehouse Manager for running a DML client is reguarlarly updated. Currently we have 39 current and legacy devices supported. If your customer has a specific device they would like to use, please let us know and we can check compatibility.
