Warehouse Manager for Sage X3 - Training for business partners

Targeting sage business partners
To enable our partners to install, configure and provide first line support for the Warehouse Manager X3 system, Datalinx recommend a 4 day intensive course is completed. Datalinx is aware and happy that some Sage X3 Business Partners may require different members of their team to attend on Day 1 vs Days 2-4 of the course as benefits their individual skill set.

Agenda

Day 1: WHM EM Installation and Deployment
This course is aimed at those people who will be installing, performing initial configuration and installing updates of WHM EM on customer sites.

Each participant should have the knowledge and understanding to deploy and upgrade WHM EM onto a customer’s machine and to configure all associated devices.

The participant should leave the course with a self-installed version of the Datalinx WHM EM product.

Day 2: WHM EM Configuration and Usage
The course is aimed at those people who will be implementing and configuring the WHM EM system and training operators in the use of system.

Each participant should understand the principles behind the number plate/barcoding technologies within WHM EM.

They will be able to customise client functions to match to entry transactions; Create customised menus; Configure WHM EM parameters; train users on how to use the WHM EM system

Post Training Requirements

The attendee will be nominated as a Datalinx key contact and post-training will be expected to install WHM EM on their companies support server.

The attendee will receive Datalinx communications and updates and will be expected to distribute these internally within their business and when relevant to their Datalinx WHM EM customers

Skills

Each participant should be familiar with the installation; set-up and common tools modules of Sage EM.

Course Requirements

Each participant should bring their own PC with a SQL Server version of Sage EM Version 11.
The Datalinx WHM EM pre-requisites must be checked and completed prior to the attendance.
