Services are available to Sage and Sage business partners to assist in the delivery of the Warehouse Manager applications or to implement enhanced functionality. We are able to assist customers with a current support contact and Datalinx software license and there are a range of ways we can do this, with a number of services available to assist with the delivery, implementation and advance usage of our warehouse management systems.

If the information you require is not available within the Datalinx Online Help (WHM X3 users only) then we recommend you email your product team - details of which are below or you phone the Datalinx office to log a technical support request.

Comprehensive Support Agreement 

Every Datalinx system is available with a comprehensive support agreement and a well-defined technical support procedure.

Repairing or replacing hardware

We provide support for hardware purchased directly from Datalinx and registered for a support contact within 30 days of purchase. If your device is not in warranty or you do not have a contract please phone us and we can arrange a quote for repair or to assist you with replacement kit.

Many of our long-term customers make use of our dial-in support, which eliminates technician travel time, shortens time to first-fix and, of course, reduces costs.

Online Support

The Datalinx Academy is available for Warehouse Manager system users and Sage Business Partners. It provides access to technical bulletins, troubleshooting advice, product manuals and system literature.
