Technical Support
Existing customers with MOD Manager and POD manager with a current Technical Support Contract and active Datalinx User Licenses will continue to be able to request and receive assistance with their software but there will not be any further enhancements or developments released for their products.

About Datalinx Mobile
Historically these software packages were developed from Datalinx's aquisition of the Utopia Business Solutions product range and IPR (intellectual Property Rights) in 2010 and as a result of this development was able to be integrated into the Sage 50 and Sage 200 packages.


Proof of Delivery Manager: This system provides the user, typically a delivery van driver, with the ability to record signed confirmation of product delivery, collect and process the return of product and add items to client orders whilst on-site.

Mobile Order and Delivery Manager: Provided the user with remote order taking functionality, cash collection, client management, merchandising and confirmation of product delivery whilst on-site with a client. The application was typically used by a company sales rep or delivery van driver and was also beneficial at trade shows or when away from fixed terminals at trade centres and market trade floors.
