New Stock Checking with PI:
A new set of stock checking programs have been written that processes the stock adjustments from within WHM and does not require the use of Sage stock cards.
Perpetual Inventory with multiple user defined policies may be defined as well as using individual cards.
Enhanced ‘range' definition when creating cards.
This new development compliments the existing stock taking program that uses Sage cards.
WHM/Sage Stock Take
The unled count on the scanners is now pallet number aware and will take the lot number and bin from the pallet scanned. If a pallet is found in a different location it is updated on the stock count cards.
Supermarket Style Picking:
Allows items to be scanned multiple times, rather than entering pick quantities.
Product Lookup Extension:*
It is now possible to set different units of measure in the Product Lookup table for specific barcodes. This allows the inner/outer box quantities to be different.
Adhoc Issuing Updating Bill of Materials:
Works Order Issue - unguided. There is now a new system key allowing 'adhoc' issues of materials when using the 'unguided' works order issue program. This will add the material to the works order bill of materials.
Touch Screen P/O Receipts:
A new touch screen style P/O receipts program designed to allow simple receipts where goods are receipted in same size pallets as defined for the product.
Serial Number Take-on
A new hand held serial number take-on program has been written that will allow serial numbers to be entered against existing Sage batches when introducing WHM serial tracking.
Free Put Away Rule:*
This rule obeys the shared bin flag on the bin maintenance table and will stop products being mixed in a bin.
Production Receipts:
There is now an option to enter a cost price when completing a production receipt on the scanner.
Comment Line Displays:
In the soft allocated sales order pick a new system key will display any comment line before or after the next line to pick.
Quarantine:
The soft allocated sales order pick and consolidated sales order pick will now allow a user to quarantine stock that is not found when picking. This allows stock corrections to be made later.
New User Manual:
A new user manual has been produced for all the standard handheld programs.
