Datalinx are pleased to announce the release of Warehouse Manager Version 10 for Sage Line 500 v5.5 (or later) and Sage ERP 1000 including Sage 1000 v4 2013
New Features and Enhancements:
1. Enhanced replenishment functionality
Creation of replenishment lists is based on:
• Min/max stock levels in a bin
• Sales orders due to be picked
• manual lists created by scanning bins requiring replenishment
2. Ad hoc stock check
3. Configurable control barcodes
4. Easier scrolling when selecting stock batch
Enhanced Replenishment Functionality:
Warehouse Manager enables a replenishment pick list to be produced on the hand held to direct pickers to bulk locations based on FIFO /FEFO. Replenishment quantities for picking are then suggested and the operator directed to the relevant pick bin. If required, this can be split into 2 processes I.e. one picker and one person to put-away.
Ad Hoc Stock Check:
Enables bins to be stock checked from the hand helds, automatically creating a Warehouse Manager stock take card, thus removing the need to pre-create the card in the Warehouse Manager PC client.
Configurable Control Barcodes
Following feedback from the Datalinx Warehouse Manager Community there was a request to have shorter control barcodes to make it easier to key in, as an alternative to scanning the control barcode! The following barcodes have been added:
xmx for xxmenuxx
xqx for xxenqxx
xox for xxnopxx
xnx for xxnextxx
xwx for xxwhxx
Easier scrolling when selecting stock batch
This has been simplified for the operator and they now only need to press enter to select a batch on the hand held.
