Returns are a major overhead for any online business. The ability to identify and manage the process is critical to minimising costs.

Returns Label Generation

Within the eFulfilment System, the returns process commences at the Packing of the order. When an order is packed Datalinx eFulfilment, will generate a returns address label including a bar code to go with the order.

Returns Recording

On receipt of the returned product, the barcode label is scanned giving fast access to the original order within the orders pool. This allows fast checking of the validity of the return and starts the returns process.
